Recently, I came across a video on Youtube from TEDx - "My philosophy for a happy life: Sam Berns at TEDx…" - Suppressing or avoiding challenges in life might end in lifetime grieving, but if you constantly thrive to be normal and trying to find the solutions to overcome challenge.
